Most people trying to lose weight have the tendency to push hard and work in almost daily exhaustion, but still not lose weight. And this leads them further from their goals because they become frustrated and give up completely.

You can not know, as I did before, you can go for the marathon is run every day and still not lose weight. You can spice up your muscles and lift heavy and still loose weight and fat have a big belly. This is mainly because you can not create a calorie deficit.


You can lose weight without breaking a sweat or without diet pills only after creating a calorie deficit which is easy to do. You just need to consume fewer calories than your body needs each day. Let's say you spend about 1500-2000 calories every day to do their daily routines, as must consume fewer calories each day than you need. It is that simple.


I know some will say that what they did and even starve, but not worked. You see, the key to losing weight without exercise is to know the right foods to eat and avoid. Starving yourself will not work because your body will adapt easily and store the smaller portion of food rich in fat, and that you know is in a state of famine. 


 Therefore, you do not lose weight or worse earn more.
